Juan Carlos Rodriguez T. is an engineer and builder. We worked with him when we moved here seven years ago. I have a construction background, and was very impressed with him. He is very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Though the years, we’ve recommended him without reservation to folks. He’s fixed problems that people had with homes built by other builders, as well as designed and constructed several homes. He understands that North Americans expect a higher level of professionalism than is usually found here. He keeps his word, keeps on schedule, shows up on time, stays on budget, and as a bonus, speaks excellent English. He’s very low key and self-effacing, absolutely not a salesman. If you want a good builder to design and/or build your home, he’s your man.
